    Other than the spots, what's your skin like? and where are the spots? How often are you getting them? Are they in the same place?

    Facial creams/cleansers depend on what your skin is like. Things I've found that have worked for me;

    If its oily, a good regime is Panoxyl wash, followed by simple OR garnier (blue tube with red) cream. +/- toner

    If you're on the combined pill, you could try swapping to Dianette, it cleared my skin completely, I loved it, then after a few years they decided to take me off it, And my skin went back to being spot prone. If they won't prescribe Dianette, you could ask for Yasmine, I've not tried this one but apparently works just as well.
