Refurbishing small bathroom, what should it cost?

Hi Everyone,
Wondering roughly how much it should cost to refit my bathroom. It is small, don't want to move anything, just replace the suite, tile wall behind bath, and end of bath wall. I would also like to fit an electric shower over the bath, and replace the old radiator with either a towel rail or new radiator. Is it worth getting stop valves on the water supplies, in case anything needs to be replaced at a later date?
Where to I get the bathroom suite, shower? Just want something white and reasonable quality, the room is too small to be anything other than practical. Stylish wouldn't fit! Might manage to swing a manx cat in it!
Any advice would be gratefully received!

the electric shower might be a problem as you will need a sparks to run the cable to and connect the shower.
If not get at least 3 plumbers/bathroom fitters to quote for the job.
Any comments would be really appreciated.
All have worked out very well and at a reasonable price
