Unrest has also now spread to Djibouti. Djibouti is next to Somalia and is a base for western fleets patrolling for pirates.

Can someone explain what a "tribe" is? Heard this mentioned on the news just with regards to one tribe defecting from the Libyian government??
Also good phone in debate regarding Libya today on the radio basically saying England has blood on its hands as we provide lots of arms, crowd control arms and tear gas etc to Libya.? Thoughts?.0
