Moving profits into lower risk funds

Looking for advice on some lower risk investments.

I have done quite well in the last 12-18 months with some higher risk investments (Russia, China, Emerging Markets, BRIC, etc - the usual suspects) and also in some which track the US, UK and Europe.

I am very much of the theory I should continue to drip feed into these higher risk funds on a monthly basis - but want to protect some of my gains I have made in the last couple of years.

I have been looking at this board and other places for ideas where to place the "gains" to protect it. I will be moving money into these "safer funds" - but not drip feeding until next time I feel it is time to take profits - which might be next year - or maybe 5 or even in 10 years time - I will not cash in until in profit (as long as my circumstances don't change).

I was thinking of splitting them into 5 or so investments.

1 - Property - fund which invests in actual brick and mortor.
2 - Property - fund which invests in property based shares
3 - Bond - looking for one offering 5% ish
4 - 2 UK/Europe based - which are investing in shares paying out dividends
5 - Absolute fund - a lower risk one.
6 - Some sort of fixed rate over a long term - willing to tie up for 5-7 years.

Realise all these can go down as well as up - but hoping they are less likely to be as dramatic as the higher risks ones could well be. I would be aiming to make 4-6% on the safe investment.

The current investment is all tied up in a Fidelity ISA - so want to remain within that.

Anyone any ideas about funds in each of 6 criteria mentioned above? Or any other additional ones.

I wish to move approx 70k into these funds and quite open to splitting into 2 or even 3 in each criteria to spread the risk - and will continue to invest 500 per month into my "higher risk" funds.

Thanks in advance for any ideas / suggestions.
