I wasnt going to buy Disneys Cars yet til i saw this as i like special editions and this looks nice, its a 2 disc which there arent many of yet and comes in a limited edition tin - by using vouchers posted on this site and hot uk deals etc you can get this down to £14.49 maybe even less, well worth it imop considering a single disc version is £13.99 on the likes of Play.

Doesn't it need a region 4 player to play disc 2 though? I'm tempted, but not if the disc won't play in our little machine ....

Its a region 2 and 4 which means both discs are region 2 and 4 compatible so will play in either region 2 or region 4 dvd players so unlikely you will have a problem, if still in doubt why not give them a call.

thank you, we have been trying to decide which edition to get and at a good price, and I have gone for this, through pigsback, and with a pound voucher from a thread on here, so 15.99 all in and 150 piggys. cheers.

I am not saying the collectors edition aint a good deal but here is an alternative for you....

Disney DVD store are including preorders such as Cars in the BOGOFF deal. Therefore for approx the same price you can get Cars and another DVD such as The Little Mermaid.... hope that helps someone.

If you go to the Cars website, you'll se most of the content on Disc 2 is available to view for free. Pretty poor IMO too.
