Miss sold Egg PPI???

Hi all i have taken the steps set out on this site and sent the template letter to egg, they have sent me several letters back firstly saying they were looking into the matter and after 8 weeks i finally received a letter this week saying that my complaint has been upheld. However due to a judicial review of the complaints handling rules proposed by the FSA as well as guidance from the FOS that was held on the 8th October 2010 there is uncertainty as to the rules how they should calculate any refund and pending the final outcome of the judicial review proceedings they are unable to determine how to calculate any refund!!!!

Can anyone help in what i should do next please??

Hi there and well done on your win!!. You can put a complaint into fos due to the fact they have upheld but are waiting for the outcome of the jw. All you can do then i am afraid is wait it out. The first hearing for the jr is the 25th jan but could go on for a long time. But at least you have won and you will be paid something at the end of this.
