I believe in credit where it is due. I have bought several hypnosis cds from Here To Listen (not all for myself) and they really do work. I have mentioned them here before.
I bought the new virtual gastric band session for my sister in law 3 weeks before Xmas and she has already lost 12lbs. I thought I would add the link for anyone interested.

I think a couple of times, but I suppose in theory you should only need it once but the difference with this and actually going for hypnosis is that you can listen again to enforce it. I am no expert so please don't take my word for it. Jill said that it was more a case of not feeling the need to over eat rather than actually feeling full.0 -

There is no hard and fast rule, you are quite right, listening more than once if need be will enforce the process.0
