You will automatically be entered into the Competition by registering your details on the https://www.lqgroup.org.uk/heart unless you contact us at the following email address: compoptout@lqgroup.org.uk and state that you do not wish to be entered into the Competition.
To enter the Competition you must be a UK resident and at least 18 years old. The closing date for the Competition is 1st March 2011.
Only one entry per person is permitted. There is one prize only. The prize is an Apple iPhone 4 (handset only). Full details are to be confirmed with chosen winner. The prize is not exchangeable for cash. No purchase is necessary. The winner of the Competition will be chosen at random from entries submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions and notified using the contact details provided within 14 days of the close of the Competition. The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize date will be arranged with the winners of the Competition within four weeks of the draw being made. L&Q may disqualify you from winning if it has reasonable grounds to suspect that you are in breach of these terms and conditions or your participation in the Competition is fraudulent or otherwise unlawful. The Competition is not open to employees of L&Q or any subsidiary or organisation which forms part of L&Q, or to any person involved in organising the Competition or their direct family members. The winner of the Competition agrees to the use of their name and image by L&Q in any promotional activity following the draw.
L&Q does not accept responsibility for any indirect, consequential or special loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the Competition or any prize. To the extent permitted by law, L&Q excludes all warranties (whether express, or implied) representations and its liability regarding the draw and/or the prizes.
