Free online exercise routine planner (not weight loss)

Does anyone know if there is a free online planner which allows you to create a person exercise routine?
Myself and my partner are wanting to start planning some sort of exercise routine and need help. We are both mid/late-20s but have 3 children and don't get a chance to do much exercise. So need to start with very easy stuff and gradually build our fitness up.
We're not looking at weight loss programmes, moreso something to increase fitness and stamina and improve respiration.
My partner also quit smoking 3 months ago, so this is a progression from that for her. I work FT in an office environment so also need to get fitter.
Neither of us are overweight.
Anyone offer any advice?

Hi, if you want just jogging, micoach.com has a free planner. You plan your regime online - how many runs each week, what level fitness you start at and why you are running (ie for fitness, or a race), then download the app to an iphone / blackberry and it coaches you as you run.:A If saving money is wrong, I don't want to be right. If you're interested in running this is a great site

I used the couch to 5k programme and found it excellent. Obviously this programme takes you from not running at all to running 5k in one go. I did complete it although couldn't run the length of myself now
so it does work. Good for improving respiration, I can guarantee that.
I also used this programme for swimming and found it very useful http://ruthkazez.com/ZeroTo1mile.html Probably only works if you're a competent swimmer to start with though.
For strength training I'd suggest getting a tailor made programme from a gym instructor, personal trainer or similar. They can make sure that your technique is up to scratch and that you're covering all muscle groups. When I've had it done it cost about £30, well worth it in my opinion.
Good luck with the fitness plans.0
