Useful 'gloves' for scooter users etc

I've been using 'mummy mitts' all this winter and thought I'd mention them on here because they're brilliant. They're larger than gloves so you can slide your hands in and out of them but you don't have to find somewhere to keep them safe when you're not using them.
They may be called 'mummy mitts' but even if I wasn't a mummy I'd still be using them on my scooter, I imagine they'd work on a walking frame / crutch as well.
TBH by the time you've added p&p there's not much difference in price wherever you buy them from so simplest is probably boots.com

Oooooh interesting. Would have been more useful before that horrible cold snap we had in December but I hear that there's another one due soon so I'll look in to these. I'm not a mother myself so had never heard of them, even thought they seem to have had fairly wide press coverage.0

I'd like some of these too. I'd never heard of them but i'll look out fom them as I suffer from really cold hands even in the summer.0

Great idea, but please take care to ensure you can still operate the controls wearing those. My main concern is they would offer much protection to your hands in the event of a spill. They do not have tight cuff like proper gloves and I think they will slip off particularly if you use that velcro strap to attach then to the scooter.
I prefer skii gloves over thin inner gloves for cold weather use."A nation's greatness is measured by how it treats its weakest members." ~ Mahatma Gandhi
