graduate account with hsbc! (where have i been!!)

i think ive been missing a trick here for awhile, this is the first post ive put into this site and its been triggered by my reviewing of my hsbc graduate account,
they have been charging me interest on my graduate overdraft since july not a large percentage as im very prompt with repayment (when i have a job!!),
i was nearly swayed by the santander switch deal of 100 pounds the other day anmd i thought better of it as i have a "graduate account" with hsbc but now im thinking that i should switch,
i do have a natwest graduate account that i never use and now from sitting and actually looking at the services i feel a bit of a fool as their graduate scheme is far superior.
so my question is shall i give up my graduate hsbc account for a santander 100 pound switch incentive bearing in mind i do have a graduate with natwest anyhow
p.s. i do have 2000 sitting in a instant access saving account with hsbc which could be better with santander or natwest???
thanks for attention
hope someone actually replies to my first posted topic!!

Well most people on this forum will not touch Santander with a 100ft barge pole, just think they need to pay people to sign up with them.
Can't you use the £2000 to pay off the overdraft? Has the Natwest account got an interest free portion? Or the HSBC one? if so use some of the savings to pay any overdraft that's accruing interest, and keep it in the interest free portion
And most importantly check when the interest free portion expires so you can pay it off with your savings.0
