I need some Investment/saving advice for us - a Brit/spanish family living in Spain

Hello there. I really need some financial advice.
My current situation:
I am a Brit who lives in Spain. I am 29. I have a baby son (16 months old!) and Spanish partner. We live in a rented flat. I work and my job here brings in approx 1350 euros a month whilst my partner is setting up a business which I help with.
With the rent, the nursery fees and food bills etc I am dipping into my savings to the tune of around 300-400 euros a month. So I have to transfer money over from my uk accounts and savings to cover livings costs right now- not ideal.
I should be able to offset this monthly loss by summer with various benefits. I am also hoping that my partner’s business will take off by then- although until that happens I can’t figure that into my financial planning.
Further, I have 26,000 pounds locked in savings until early april in the Halifax Web Saver (Extra). I am really uncertain as to what to do with my savings after this point.
For the next few years we have no plans to leave spain and I am thinking I would like to invest most of this money for 2-3 years in a place where it gets some decent interest.
I would really be grateful for any ideas or threads you can point me to!

Very difficult to advise since (a) most savings accounts are not available for non-UK residents, and (b) we don't know the tax situation in Spain - e.g. if they have anything equivalent to ISA's etc.

Unless you have a UK address, you will find it difficult to open a new savings a/c in the UK. As such, it may be worth looking what is available in Spain.

Ok- I have a UK address- my mums- I can use. Otherwise I guess I should start looking into how to invest here. There must be something similar to this site in SPain!
