Here's a technique to break into that repetitive worry pattern.
Buy a notebook and write down all your worries on the sheet on one side. On the other side, write down the actions you are doing to counteract your worries.
Draw a box round your worries - now they are contained. (You can add new ones and cross them out as you need to).
When you get obsessive about your worries, look at the box. There they are, and they are contained and containable. Now review the list of actions you are taking to deal with them. YOU ARE IN CONTROL! (Yes, it does take time, but you are getting there). Doing things like paid clicks is a good strategy at this point - you are adding to the positive actions side.
It can help if you take your list of worries to bed with you, so that anything that occurs to you in the night can go on the list. I PROMISE that this list will look a lot less scary in teh daytime than at 3 o'clock in the morning. (You are NOT taking it to bed to review it, by the way. You are taking it so that you can reassure yourself that ALL your worries are down there, and the things that you remember in the middle of the night go inside that box. Dump them on the page, be confident that you will include them in your strategies and payment caluculations when you do these, and go back to sleep!Ex board guide. When life got on top of me I broke down crying to my boss - she talked to me for ages (was really helpful) and gave me time to sit in a quiet room to write down everything that upset me and how I thought I could change it. It helped so much and I still have the paper on my bookshelf.
I guess like me you have your year of bith in the user name - and like me you are still very young to have all these worries (and debts). I'm 13k in debt and I know it's not getting smaller any quicker, but you can't get stressed - it's not healthy. I've got to the point where my stress has stopped my periods - not good.
Try St Johns Wort before anti-depressants, it might help. Many SAD sufferers also benefit from special lighting too. If you need to chat PM me (I'm not the best for debt advice, but I'm pretty grounded in the rest of my life so I can help there!)£4000 challenge
