currys and pc world do a pricematch, we got the 40" samsung 3d lcd tv with shrek dvd's, 2xpairs glasses and a 3d blu ray player for £799 on boxing day, the 200hz refresh rate on the tv will not be to everyone's tastes, everything is so sharp and clear compared to a 50hz normal telly that a film set doesn't blend in like before, you can tell whats real and what isn't which spoils a lot of stuff, crocodile dundee had so many polystyrene rocks and boulders it was unbelievable, but anything made with cgi looks amazing , as do all nature programmes(its like you can reach in the screen and touch stuff even in 2d) , we sold the blu ray player on flea bay for £100 as we use the playstation 3 instead, call of duty and gran turismo are both in 3d format and look amazing
