I found the cheapest for the 2gb was Amazon so that might be worth a look.

I bought my 2gb nano from the Apple website. As it was a refurb one it cost me something like £60. Comes with a year guarantee. Its excellent. They always have a selection of different ones available, including video ones and larger memory ones.
