Hi Guy's, I'm new to this so please bear with me :rolleyes:

On the week of the 20th of November I am planning to pop up and see the mighty Madame Tussauds for the first time as I have heard nothing but good things about the place. I was wondering if anyone knew of any discount codes of vouchers that would be valid around this time, as after checking the price on their website I almost fell off my chair!!!

Also call me greedy (wont be the first time!!) but I was alos thinking of a day trip to france of the same week to stock up on Crimbo booze!! Does anyone know where I can get some cheapies on that too???

If you go on the train I think Tussauds is included in the 2 for 1 offer - it was when we went about 18 months ago.

Hi

I was at a dinner presentation which was held in Madam Tussauds (London) this week, part of the presentation was a tour of the waxworks and dinner surrounded by some of the waxworks ie the Pope, Adolf, Queen etc. Got to say I was pretty disappointed by the tour itself. I have looked forward for years to visit this but I guess my expectations were too high.

I don't want to spoil your trip but just want to give your some realistic expectations.
