MBNA PPI claim

Hi All,

I have claimed my PPI back from MBNA and in October I was told by the FSO that my claim had been successfully and that MBNA would re-construct my account to take into account the PPI payments. I was told that MBNA would be in contact with me.

So far I have not had a response from MBNA, when I raised this with the FSO they said that MBNA were overloaded with claims and I should hear back ny mid-December. To date I have not received any feedback from MBNA and the FOS have not returned my emails. Is it worth trying to goto the small claims court (I can not get anyone to tell me how much I am owed) or best to wait it out ?

cheers

Ed

    Hi Ed

First of all well done on your success.

To be honest I would give them just a little longer, also due to the bad weather conditions of late and also xmas posting, there are still delays, but I do hope your not waiting too much longer now, fingers crossed.;)

Hi ed, hang on in there, this will take tme, but you will get there in the end. TBH think they will pay out before you can get to court on this one.

Best of luck!!! We were told back in May by the FOS that our PPI would be paid back into our account within 6 weeks! Despite umpteen phone calls and emails, both to the FOS and MBNA we are STILL waiting! This complaint been going on for over 3 years now.... what else can we do but wait and be patient?? Hopefully the new year will bring us good news!!
