Will cabbages be ok?

I'm very ashamed to say that we got very lazy with the garden after being very successful during earlier months of the year.

We now have about 10 cabbages still sitting in the ground - will they still be ok to pick or should I just bin them? Obviously they've been covered in snow, suffered low temps etc.

Thanks for looking :D

It depends on the variety, if they are Savoys they will be fine, others, such as Greyhound may have suffered from frost

The only real check is pick one & try it, as only you can tell
Eight out of ten owners who expressed a preference said their cats preferred other peoples gardens
