Zopa rapid return figure

I put a thousand pounds into Zopa a couple of months ago. I have had a look at the Rapid Return option, but it is saying the value of my loans is only £684. I have had no defaults or anything similar.
Any ideas why my cash out amount is so low?

A mixture of the following ...

Please note that you cannot cash out loans if:
    • They were made to borrowers via Zopa Listings
    • You made them under your own Consumer Credit License
    • The borrower has ever missed a repayment on the loan
    • A repayment from the borrower is being processed
    • There isn’t another lender offering on the market at a rate low enough for us to transfer it to

Ok, it looks as though it may be because some payments are in processing so those loan chunks are not eligible for the RR. :o So - A repayment from the borrower is being processed
