i want to buy a slimming belt

I saw one in a gadget catalogue for a slimming belt that can be worn to help slim your waist line. it wasnt electrical but it had 5 zips and the point was that you wear it every day and every week you can make it smaller by fastening up on the next zip.

does anyone know what i mean?
I have tried ebay but they just have the sauna ones.

These belts are just gimmicks, they do not work. Just wearing a belt doing nothing will not trim your waist. These are a waste of money, i know, i foolishly bought one myself a few years ago. It's been in mags a lot about these so called belts that reckon you can trim your waist without you breaking out a sweat.

The best thing you could do is sit ups and excercise.
  • I knew someone who did this with a piece of string - just tied round waist and marked with pen (they said it helped them focus!!!)
I'm mad!!!! :rotfl::jand celebrating everyday every year!!!

Isn't there another idea with a pice of string? You tie it up so that its slightly uncomfy & when u hold ur tummy in you cant really feel it. the idea is by holding you tummy muscles in it tones them & the string is the reminder that you arent holding it in.

We don't need to do it perfectly - good enough is exactly that GOOD ENOUGH.
