Method of entry:
Go to http://www.itv.com/ThisMorning/competitions (the “website”) and follow the instructions. Entrants are required to watch a video shown on the website and answer the competition entry question choosing from three possible multiple choice answers.

Entrants may enter the competition up to five (5) times per phone number provided.

Competition draw date:
Within 48 hours of the closing date and time for all entries to the competition.

Prize:

The prize is a consecutive two-night break for the winner and up to three family members (2 adults and 2 children under the age of 16) to the Lake District, Cumbria. The prize includes accommodation based on four people sharing a family room and breakfast. The prize also includes a family ticket to see a 3D movie at the Rheged Centre (whichever suitable movie is scheduled for screening at the time of visit, according to the child’s age), two child tickets to a pottery painting class at Create in the Rheged Centre, and 2 child tickets to use Rheged’s soft play area or the Turrets and Tunnels outdoor play area (additional height, weight, age and venue restrictions may apply). The prize must be booked and taken up within 12 months of winner confirmation.

No travel is included and the winner must make their own arrangements to get to the Lake District.
