Too late to purchase travel insurance..... ?

OH has flights and hotel booked for xmas with their family.... just found out they don't have any travel insurance at all . If some gets bought now will it still cover everything if the current cold snap continues and causes delay/cancellation.
Flights etc are currently booked for travel within europe for early on xmas eve, booking was made a few weeks back.

You need to put that question to your chosen insurer and get their answer in writing before buying a policy.0

No reason why you cant insure now.
In future, it is advisable to take out travel insurance as soon as you have booked a holiday. You will then be covered for cancellation re
illness or anything to do with you having to cancel.make the most of it, we are only here for the weekend.
and we will never, ever return.0 -
You'll definitely find out when you claim!
I imagine claims departments will be on the ball for late insurance applications. The man without a signature.0
