Hi there Just want some advice my hubby and I are in a joint IVA. We don't know how things are going to go and feel there may be a better solution for us going BC instead. I have been advised to open a basic account with the Co-op Bank. It seems to have gotten the most reccomendations on this forum. I started to apply before my bankruptcy, but reading posts from others, I am now waiting until my OR appointment, to avoid the possibility of having to apply again.

I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.
