I didn't like the baby born dolls. Just plastic and messy as they are hollow for 'feeding' too much hassle and not enough benefits. I have bought my 2 and 4 year olds Baby Annabell for Christmas, but I did get the 2 year old a Kikla by Chicco for her birthday and she might be a nice option for a 3 year old. I got hers in TKMaxx so not sure on availability.
