Warning email when credit card ends

Hi there
Ive thought of a great idea, not sure if its already been done here but I cant find it anywhere on this site.
A warning email from moneysaving expert letting you know in case you have forgotten, that your 12 months 0% on purchases for your credit card is about to expire so either pay it off or shift the balance.
If its been done can someone give me a link so for it
