ESA appeal - need help!

I really need help here guys!

Ive been on ESA since Jan 2009 and until June 2010 they said i didnt need to come in for a medical.

They then asked me to attend one but due to the stress it would induce with my panic attacks etc my doctor faxed them asking for a doctor to come to my home.
ATOS sent me out a form asking me to attend a medical so i phoned them and explained my doctor had faxed them. The person advised me that she would cancel the medical appt and when i got the letter asking why i couldnt attend to explain this. This happened twice.
I have never been given a reason why they would not come out.

They asked me to attend another on the 3rd of November and i advised them I couldnt attend as i had no one to go with me (i explained i dont go out alone) and that I have repeatedly asked for a doctor to come out. The person I spoke to said the same thing, fill in the letter they send out and they will get back to me.

I got a letter yesterday stating that they had looked at my reasons and decided i was now fit for work (Doctor has still signed me off) and to appeal if i chose. The phone lines said to call back later (i was trying for 5hrs!) and im at a bit of a loss.

I am going to appeal and im wondering how i should word this?
Will they allow me to have a medical and come out?

Im at a loss as ive never been through this before :(

You appeal is against the decision that you did not show 'good cause' for failing to attend. It looks like they had decided that you didn't need a home visit and as they will only reschedule once or twice (can't remember which- I thought it was once but your's was rescheduled twice?) they have decided that you have failed to attend. When this happens they will consider the reasons you give for not attending but if they decide you did not have 'good cause' for failing to attend you are treated as failing the assessment- which is what's happened here.

Your appeal needs to focus on the contact you made with them, their response to you eg- whether you were advised the appointments had been cancelled etc and most importantly your reasons for not being able to attend.
