I got through after 30 mins of waiting. They gave me a full refund and i get to keep the wipes.0

I ordered.. received 4 packs instead of 16.. Called the 0800 Number and was offered to have the Wipes resent.. then he puts me on hold and says 'Out of stock and only available thru 3rd party sellers so I shall refund you and you can keep the 4 packs' Good result as far as I am concerned..

sent e-mail over 48 hours ago - still no response, can't really phone with 3 small children here all day (someone always starts whinging while I'm on hold for anything).Smile and be happy, things can usually get worse!0

I rang them, it took 5 minutes, I have a full refund and get to keep them.
they are open til 9pm monday to Saturday and 10 til 7pm on Sunday. Defo worth a free phone call.You never know how strong you are until you have no other option.0 -
