I recently has a Atos medical for ESA .Like you I spent the time immediately after wondering if I had given enough info etc, I recieved a letter stating I had been put into the work focused group for esa and would be reviewed again around nov 2011.Basically it sounds like you have "failed"the medical thus giving you limited ability for work that is what mine meant and my benefit was increase as put into a group I dont know however if this is the same for IS about the benefit increase.Apologies if it is not:).Congratulations on "failing " the assessment ;)

If the OP is in receipt of IS they will still be on an IB based claim. Passing the medical does not increase an existing IB claimant's payment.
    Gone ... or have I?
