Sent in a claim form over the weekend to start a claim to get my iPhone repaired as when I slipped on the ice the power/sleep button seems to have broken off and the bottom of the back of the phone has developed a small crack.
Anyone know how long it should be until I hear whether they will approve this repair and how long it will take from sending my handset to them to getting it back?
