I need a central heating repair man (gas), in Tameside/ east Manchester...central heating has conked out, and I am freezing!

Where in Tameside are you?

I found the easiest place to find someone, was the corgi register site. Just put in your postcode and it gives you a list of about 10 which are nearby. The guy we has was brilliant.

In droylsden..will try the Corgi site. Tried it in the past though, and mosty of the firms listed didn't even answer the phone..!

hi again newmoneysaver..had a look at the site, and it seems to cover 'Gas Installers' when i search on Domestioc Central Heating..not neccasarily repair men.
Tried 6 places now, most don't do or don't answer..the only one I have had a quote from is Powergen..arrgh!
