£450 per person, unless you're on benefits in which case it'll be £360 per person.BCSC # 9 and proud! :beer:0

It is £475 to petition for bankruptcy. If you are on benefits, you can be let off the court fees which are £150 - which means you pay £325.0

It's gone up then since I did it!BCSC # 9 and proud! :beer:0

I went BR end of August 06 and that's how much it was0

I went bankrupt on the 3rd of this month.
It cost £325 - only because I didn't have to pay the fee of £150 as I am on benefits so if you aren't in receipt of benefits, it will cost you £475 in total.Tank fly boss walk jam nitty gritty...0 -

Its for my brother as he is on benifits.
he want to rush into it but I have advised that he looks ar this web site first before he does any thing0 -
Can he open a basic bank account after he is bankrupt or is it better that he does it before0
-
I think he can do it either time. But best to do it before.0
