Merve sat staring at the headlights alongside Gordon and Alistair as we went into boom and bust. Merve has constantly predicted inflation would fall and it hasn't. His predictions on growth are always wrong. He has his pension pot and big payoff so he should go and let a new Captain try and dodge the icebergs.

Methinks Merve might need that pension pot sometime soon!

Mervyn King didn't know his comments would go global. David Blanchflower did. ;)

Blanchflower is an out and out communist C*nt. If blanchflower (who couldnt even satisfy his wife before she upped and left for another woman) had his way, gilts would be costing the country a fortune.

Well he seems to have taken Mervyn's comments about Cameron and Osborne as pro-Tory, which seems a bit of a stretch.

    Worrying. Thoughts?

How do you get the qualifications to become PM and Chancellor?

As the very least you have to be elected as an MP.

BP appoints a new CEO from within. Only time will tell if he's up for the job.

Which is all you can give whoever is elected into Government.

During the Labour Administration 1997-2010 the Health Minister changed annually. Was that the way to oversee and objectively manage an organisation as complex as the NHS?
