I found a great way to save pounds and pounds off you Electric bill with a little help from the Gadget 'Electrisave' its a wireless device which I installed a a couple of months ago and it allows you to keep a check on how much electricty you actually use on a daily basis. It actually encourages you to swith off appliances and radios and televisions which are on stand by. You just wont believe the difference it has made and its made me a little more aware on just how much electricity my family waste.
I got mine from an online store but I believe they're so good that powergen give them away as incentives when you sign up for certain accounts, can anyone verify?

Wireless device and therefore it takes power to run? You can see how much your using daily by checking the meter and you would save more energy by not using a device but simply turning off appliances without a little black box reminding you to do so.
At the end of the day an electricity company doesnt really want you to spend less with them so you would have to, if your cynical, ask yourself if something promoted by an electricity company that claims to cut your bills with them is going to be that good at doing itAll posts made are simply my own opinions and are neither professional advice nor the opinions of my employers

At £70 that's more than twice my monthly electricity usage. I thought this was a money saving site not a money wasting one.0
