Portugal reaching critical point as leading economist 'Dr Doom' claims country is increasingly likely to need bailout
On neighbouring Spain, Roubini said Europe has insufficient funding to consider a bailout for Madrid, raising the pressure on Spain to take the necessary measures to avoid having to ask for funding.

I think we are back to is there enought money in the pot to keep bailing them out?
When they set the fund up i dont think that they were planning to use it, The simple fact that it was there should have given the market teh nod that they were safe. It seems that the market dose not belive them and they are now testing the euro zone and seeing how far thay are willing to stand by member states.
