Hi - Can anybody tell me if i can transfer my next account balance to a new 0% credit card as a balance transfer or will it be clased as a cash transfer?

You cannot do a balance transfer, it will be classed as a purchase not a cash advance.

you could however get a 0% purchase card. I do it with them
