Problems if my sis takes my DD to USA?

Does anyone know if my sister can take my daughter (six years old) to Orlando without me? Can she still do the visa waiver form on the plane without problems or do I need to get my daughter a visa in advance/write a letter giving my permission to take her out of the country or something?

My daughter really wants to go with her as my kind of holiday is a week in Cornwall in a 30 year old campervan and she has no chance of ever meeting Mickey Mouse with me!

It was ten years ago, but I went to the USA with the family of a friend when I was under sixteen, and it was fine. I actually had to fill in my own form, made me feel very grown up!
    Gone ... or have I?

There will be no problems. Cover yourself by giving your sister a short letter giving your permission and contact details. Your sister will filled out the visa waiver from on her behalf and they will all go through customs together.

Just to double check, l presume you all have the machine readable passports.

She will have a fantastic time :D:D:D

As said before it should not be a problem

She will need to have a letter of consent signed by both parents or guardians

you will need to include the dates of travel the destination and purpose of the visit and contact details for both parents or guardians

if you are not sure then check with the US embassy in London
