Secret Santa £5 gifts - ideas

I don't know if anyone else is doing this, but I've just drawn the name for the person I'm buying a secret santa gift for, and thought it might be a good idea if people see things around the £5 mark that would make good gifts, to post them here.

  • I think it depends how well you know the person, this year i got someone i'm really close to at work! :D So will go over budget (£10) but have managed to get some great bits thanks to some threads here.

In the past i've gone to BHS & got a funky mug with some sweets inside.. or one of the small alcohol gift sets in supermarkets/bhs etc.
Boots last year had some small classic perfumes/aftershaves very cheap :)

  • As a recipient of a secret santa, I recieved some penis shaped pasta, haha
  • We are doing secret santa in our office but we don't know who we're buying for (we're just going to pick names out of a hat when we swap gifts).

With this in mind, I bought a 365 office dares book from Marks and Spencer for £5. It's quite funny just to read, let alone if anyone actually does the dares!

There are loads of things for £5 or less on play. Look under gadgets for some inspiration.

I don't know this girl very well, unfortunately! Thinking of getting her a mug with her name on, I see her drinking a lot of tea.

A mug is a good idea, especially if she drinks tea - Ive done that for my secret santa for work, I picked out one of the staff nurses who I discovered is a Man U fan so I bought her a Man U mug.
