Return Tickets to the Philippines Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

1. Participation in this prize draw is free. Simply register to receive our free regular newsletter and marketing emails.
2. This prize draw is open to residents of mainland Great Britain (this excludes Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Channels Islands). If you are not a resident of mainland Great Britain, you can still register to receive our regular newsletter and marketing emails but you will not be entered into this prize draw.
3. You must be 18 years of age and over.
4. Employees of Prime3 Limited or any of its subsidiary companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this prize draw are disqualified from winning.
5. Only those who verify their emails are eligible to win. Please follow the instructions on the email you receive from us after registering.
6. This prize draw starts from June 2010 to Dec 2010. All registrations before June 2010 are still eligible, as long as their emails are verified. You can re-register again and re-verify to ensure your entry is eligible. The system automatically removes multiple identical email entries regularly and prior to the prize draw.
7. Entries are only valid if entered via our online registration form or on any of our event prize draws and registrations. Registration entries from other authorised companies where we have shared marketing events are also eligible but you must still verify your email once you get a verification email from us after the events.
8. Final date for receipt of entries is 31 December 2010 at 11.59pm (UK time) exactly. Entries received after this time will not be eligible in this prize draw but will be entered in our other draws concurrently running.
9. The prize draw will take place on Saturday 8 Jan 2011. The winner will be notified by email provided during registration in the first instance. The winner should reply within 14 days of the email being sent. If the email did not bounce and a phone number was provided during registration, we will contact the winner by phone in the second instance. The prize will be forfeited if we have heard nothing after 14 days for any reasons whatsoever. To ensure you receive our emails including newsletter and marketing, please add info@adoborice.com in your address book or safe list.
10. The email address must be a valid email to qualify for the prize draw. You must be the sole owner of your email address. Bounced and group emails are disqualified from winning. Emails that unsubscribed and rejoined to our regular newsletters and marketing emails are also disqualified from winning. In addition to these preceding requirements, we require that you should be an active user of our newsletters and marketing emails. An active user is an email recipient that opens our emails regularly.
11. The prizes are 2 (two) return airline tickets to the Philippines. Only 1 (one) email address will be chosen as winner. The winner can then nominate a family member or friend for the 2nd ticket. Both must travel at the same time on the same journey. Entries in this prize draw are also automatically eligible for our monthly iPod shuffle prize draw.
12. The 2 (two) return airline tickets should have a maximum value of £1200 including UK taxes. You will be responsible for the payment in excess of the maximum value. You will be responsible for the airport taxes in the Philippines which are not normally included in the airline ticket. Prizes are subject to availability and can’t be exchanged for cash or transferred. You cannot change the destination other than the Philippines. If a ticket was availed at less than the maximum value, we regret that we cannot provide the difference in cash or kind equivalent.
13. The ticket will be issued by our preferred travel agent in the UK. Your onward travel must originate in a major UK airport and terminate in a major Philippine airport (ie Manila, Cebu, Davao or Clark). Your return must also originate in a major Philippine airport and terminate in a major UK airport. A domestic flight in the UK or Philippines can be included in the tickets as long as it can be issued by the UK travel agent, it is part of your onward and return journey and the total value does not exceed the maximum allowed of £1200. The tickets should not include a city stopover other than an airport stopover for refuel or plane change. We have the right to change the preferred travel agent at any time without notice. If an airline will sponsor the tickets, then you must fly with the airline.
14. The winner must travel in the calendar year 2011. The tickets must be purchased within 3 months of the winner being notified.
15. Prime3 Limited is not responsible for any issues arising for any reason whatsoever after the tickets are purchased and awarded. You are responsible for your travel insurance and entry visas required, if any.
16. Registration instructions are deemed to form part of the prize draw terms and conditions and entry into the online registration is deemed as an acceptance of these terms and conditions.
17. The winner may be requested to take part in further publicity. By entering the draw you consent to this. We reserve the right to use the winner’s names and photos and publish those details in AdoboRice.com
18. Prime3 Limited’s decision is final in all matters.
19. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
