You wont get charged £2.25 if two of these go through the til. There will be other items in the offer, Ones of which are more expensive. Only when the price goes over £2.50 will it knock the discount off.£5306 Debt As Of Feb 2011

Yeh - it's like the Quorn 3 for £5 offer. The sausages are only £1.50, so obviously if you bought 3 of just them, it would only be £4.50, but there are other higher priced things that you can choose that make it a good offer, and if they excluded the sausages just because they were cheap, then I would be a bit annoyed as I like them as one of my 3 choices to get a variety.[STRIKE]DFW Nerd number 729[/STRIKE]Debt Free & Proud0

normally there are a variety of products on the same offer, and even if you buy the cheap one with a more expensive one, you'll save money.
like if somethings 50p or 2 for £1.50 but something else is worth £1.50 and is on the same offer. big saving if you buy the most expensive ones, little one if you mix, none if you dont.0 -

I nearly got caught on this one - it's only certain flavours of Pringles that are 99p - the others are full price (or 2 for £3.00!).
The same thing happened to me a couple of weeks back with the Buy 1 get 2 free pot noodles. Only about half of the varieties were on that offer but the SEL type-face was so small that everyone was getting it wrong. They don't make this money-saving easy, do they?
