Terms and Conditions

1. Open to all UK, CI, IoM and RoI residents except employees and their immediate families of VisitScotland, Foodari, flybe, Manston Airport, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. Limited to one entry per household. No third party or bulk entries will be accepted.
3. Entrants under 18 require parental/guardian’s permission to take part & to be awarded prize.
4. Draw closes 10.02.11
5. No purchase necessary.
6. To enter simply log on to www.visitscotland.com/whitefoodari and register your details.
7. All entries received will be entered into the prize draw to win the following: 1 x trip for 2 people staying in one of the 5-star Braemore Deluxe Residences on Dundas Street, Edinburgh; 2 x return flights with flybe from Manston, Kent’s International Airport, to Edinburgh; 2 x places on a 1-day workshop (to the value of £150) at Edinburgh New Town Cookery School and 2 x Edinburgh Passes.
8. Prize also includes £200 towards travel and spending money.
9. The prize does not include any travel insurance, cannot be taken over Christmas, New Year, Easter or during the Edinburgh Festival and must be taken in full by 31.07.11.
10. The Braemore Deluxe Residences property to which the prizewinner will stay will be confirmed when the prize is booked and no negotiations or correspondence will be permitted.
11. Flights can only be taken on flybe scheduled flights and this excludes any codeshare or franchise services. The flights must be taken simultaneously and cannot be used on separate dates. Flight reservations are subject to availability and must be requested /made 14 days prior to travel. No reservation will be accepted within these dates. Reservations are unable to be changed once made.
12. Prizewinners can choose their one day workshop at the Edinburgh New Town Cookery School on confirmation of the prize. This is strictly subject to availability.
13. All elements of prize package are non-transferrable, are subject to date availability, subject to change and are subject to all prizefund provider standard operator terms and conditions.
14. The prize is as stated, is non-transferrable and no cash or other alternative prize is available, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the promoter reserves the right to provide a similar prize of equal or greater value.
15. One winner will be drawn at random under independent supervision from all entries received on 15.02.11 and notified in writing within 28 days of the closing date. The promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
16. Prize must be claimed within 28 days of notification. Failure to do so will result in forfeit of the prize and another winner will be drawn.
17. No responsibility can be taken for any entries that are lost or delayed or which are unable to be sent due to Internet connection issues or systems failure or anything else that prevents entries being received. Proof of online entry or postage does not constitute proof of delivery.
18. By entering the promotion, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions. Any breach of these Terms and Conditions will result in a forfeit of the prize.
