Nationwide Credit Card?

Hi,

Recently, been accepted for a nationwide card 2 weeks ago and got my credit limit but not received card its been more than 10 working days should I cancel my card maybe it gone astray? Called them said it should be with you any day as it was sent out last week?? My bal transf on other card expires in like 15 days how long does it take for a bal transfer from other card to nationwide? I know they say 7-10 8-15 days but last time they told me that it only took 3 days and with barclays i remember it was done in 2 days including a Saturday.
