The prize is one three-night 'Icehotel Break' for two at the Icehotel Sweden in Jukkasjarvi, Sweden including the following elements:
Two round-trip economy flights on the Discover the World SAS charter between London Heathrow Airport and Kiruna Sweden on one of the following outbound dates: 15, 29 January 2011, 5, 12, 19, and 26 February 2011, 12 March 2011, returning on the corresponding return charter flight.
Two round trip transfers from Kiruna airport to the Icehotel in Jukkasjarvi
A one night in one snow room and two nights in one standard warm room, based on bed and breakfast only. Accommodation is on a shared basis.
Icehotel will supply the prize winner with cold weather clothing locally in Sweden.
The prize is subject to availability of Discover the World flights and accommodation at the Icehotel Sweden.
No transfer or substitution of any prize holiday element will be permitted.
The prize holiday or any of the above listed components may not be sold, traded, transferred, refunded, commissioned or redeemed for cash value.
The prize holiday does not include taxes, tips, gratuity, meals, service charges, or any other service or item not specified in the itinerary. Items not included as part of the winning 'Icehotel Break' package, which are the responsibility of the winner include: meals; travel insurance; room service; laundry service; alcoholic beverages; local and long distance telephone calls; merchandise and souvenirs; incidental expenses; additional tips and gratuities; income taxes and all other costs and expenses not otherwise mentioned herein.
The promoters nor Discover the World are not responsible for winners' travel to and from London Heathrow Airport.
At least one member of the party must be over 18 years of age. The Icehotel is not suitable for young children and we reserve the right to refuse travel to children under the age of 10.
