Renewal Charges.

When I got a credit card I was promised that it was a free one without any renewal charges, but they have charged me renewal charges this time. I wont name the company at this moment. But can some one recommend a credit card provider who does not charge renewal charges. I will cancel the current one.

The vast majority don't charge annual fees. They will all state whether there is a fee or not.

Some charge a dormancy fee - Santander Zero is one of those (I believe).

My posts are my own opinions based on my experiences and info gathered from sites such as this.

Because I am still hoping that they revert back the charges. I have sent a correspondence to them. Do you think it will work?

No idea. I don't know which card company you're dealing with .
