A) By shaking the bottle
By gently squeezing the bottle Is my suggested answer, but would welcome any confirmation / correction 
C) By boiling it in water

Opening/closing date & time:
Competition opens on Monday 22 November 2010 and closes on Monday 6 December 2010 at 6.20 a.m.
Method of entry:
Go to http://www.itv.com/Daybreak/competitions (the “website”) and follow the instructions. Entrants are required to answer the competition entry question choosing from three possible multiple choice answers.
Entrants may enter the competition up to five (5) times per phone number provided.
Competition draw date:
Within one week of the closing date and time for all entries to the competition.
Prize:
The prize is two boxes of John Frieda Precision Foam Colour and £300 (three hundred pounds) worth of vouchers to spend in-store at any nationwide House of Fraser store and online at www.houseoffraser.co.uk. Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of issue.
