I wanna upgrade Sky package....

.....is there any way of upgrading my current Sky tv package (only have basic 2 mixes) at a discount price? Really looking for the Sports channels. Have tried sky direct but they also request codes.

Any advice greatly appreciated,

Not sure if this is of any use, but here goes:

About 6 weeks ago I called sky, telling them I wanted to reduce the promotion I had (Free Sky+ box and three months of everything for 1/2 price for 3 months). The nice man on the other end of the line said if I asked to have the whole package turned off, he could offer me two premium packages and all six mixes for £25.00 a month for 3 months.

If you are out of your 12 month contract, see what they say when you tell them you are thinking of leaving sky.

Every time I have had sky turned off (quite a few times now!) They always try to keep me with a sweetener. Sometimes I take it, sometimes I tell them where to go - depends on wether I need it at the time.
