virgin experience giftcard

Hi i have a virgin experience giftcard can someone help me use it online? i picked which experience i wanted and then went to the payment page but i only get the option of paying via a debit or credit card nothing via a gift experience card am i doing something wrong:o any help would be greatly appreciated:beer:

yes they tell you to go onto the website and use your giftcard for payment but it's not giving me that option only debit or credit cards hence the plea for help incase i'm missing something;)

hi thanks i've already rung them and they said i should be able to input my giftcard number on the payment page but i can't it's not giving me that option :mad: he did say i could book via him but i wanted to go via quidco to get an extra 10% off:( oh well never mind. i just hoped someone who has used these before could tell me if i'm doing something wrong (i have been know to before lol) thanks anyway guys:beer:

Having looked at the site, the only thing I can suggest is trying to put the voucher code in the 'add promotional code' box ?

hi thanks just tried that but you have a 4 digit pin code to enter also and nowhere to put it think i will just give up and ring them to book tomorrow:(.

the virgin gift cards..experiences are a rip off... I went to book mine too but like u say they dont have anywhere for u to put in ur gift card number... What I had to do was write a letter telling them which one I wanted and send it in by recorded delivery too...
And when my experience arrived I found it was not available at the salon nearest to me in Manchester and that I would have to go to on e in Chester or Formby near Liverpool..

Complete rip off...

OMG thats just great :eek:, thought it was just me you know can't see it for looking . will give them a call later today to try to book and will tell them i'm not a happy bunny:mad:.

Hi just wanted to let people know that it is possible to use these cards just managed it and gone through quidco when you get onto the ordinary virgin site change the last bit on the internet header to /giftcard and then refresh and hey presto your onto the right webpage to use these why they make it so difficult is beyond me!!! if you want anymore details just pm me. cheers
