I think it's somewhere near Liverpool Cruise Terminal at Princes Parade, Liverpool, L3 1DL.
I'll try & get a better location.

I think it's William Jessop Way. The building in the background is 8 Princes Parade i think which means the bit of water you can see is Princes Dock and therefore the car is on the other side of the parade
