Question for 50+ ladies

My family are once again asking me what I'd like for Xmas and as usual I'm hard pushed to come up with ideas. This made me wonder what other ladies on here ask for/would like? Obviously I'm meaning ordinary presents not round the world cruises etc AND PLEASE no family photo suggesions;)
My hope is that someone will list something that I immediately think - Wow, I'd l'd like that! So fingers crossed and 'Thank You' in advance:T

I get my books from the library (or Amazon if I want to keep one), hubby has bought me enough jewelry over the years to stock a shop, I like to buy my own clothes and my DS (personal trainer) has got me a manicure, pedicure and massage already!
I do have hobbies (knitting, crocheting, card making, tapestry, baking, reading and gardening) but I have loads of supplies already.
OMG, I sound so smug and selfish! I just don't want them to waste their hard earned money on 'stuff':o On my list, I got - placemats, a magazine subscription, vase and scarf (dull maybe, but things I'd really like:p)
I think I'm just better at buying things for other people:)0 -
What about vouchers for a restaurant, then you can get the whole family out together? My mum loves it when we do this.0

Now that's a really good idea! Thank you:T0 -
I have a house full of stuff, gifts I've never used etc. I've told my husband - take me somewhere, do something, create a memory rather than gift wrap something I may or may not like. A trip to the theatre is a delight for me; an afternoon tea (he'd never think of that though), boat trip on the Thames or a ride on the London Eye (we live in London). The idea of spending time together - :j0

I love my mag subscriptions and you can get one for any hobby. I have knitting, gardening and writing mags. All delivered every month.
Some family members get them via Tesco vouchers which help save the pennys. Good luck/0 -
