Was watching TV with little ones and saw this new toy for toddlers, it has a flat base but on top is a sort of long u tube:

And you put balls in one end and air, batteries, whatever, pushed the balls through and popped up the other end.
But now i've come to look for it i can't remember the name, it was something like "activity balls".
Any ideas what i'm rambling about?
