Advice on an upgrade please
Been with Vodafone for 9 years - no real complaints about their service. Am due an upgrade. Currently pay £10 a month for 300 minutes/100 texts which has been fine and rarely exceeded. However, I have been thinking about changing to an android phone, so did the call to customer services. Deal I've been offered is as follows:-
Free HTC Desire handset
300 minutes
Unlimited texts
250mb internet use
£20 a month
24 month contract
Is this a good deal, or should I haggle for something better? It seemed OK to me but offered a bit too easily which makes me think I could hold out for more. I don't really need more minutes so should I be after more on the internet use? Any advice gratefully read!
Thank you.

Thank you.
Never knowingly overpaid.

250mb internet isn't much for a smartphone unless you have constant wifi access. As a comparison T Mobile have a 3gb fair use policy on their android phones.0

If it was their first offer, you should be able to haggle them down a bit more. I agree about the t'internet allowance, you need at least twice that even with wifi access.Gone ... or have I?0

So, do you want to pay an extra £240 over 2 years for a gadget? And one you can't make good use of unless you have more data per month.
Do you want to save money or pay the extra for something that many people find is a boon and others a 3-minute wonder?
Certainly if you want the gadget, then get more data otherwise you really don't need it, do you?0
